Per sofort or by arrangement, we are looking for a dedicated and warm-hearted team lead.

Your tasks

• Participation in the establishment of a newly created position
• Functional and personnel leadership of your team
• Ensuring high-quality care on the ward
• Planning, coordination and organization of daily nursing care
• Close cooperation with the nursing management
• Active participation in daily nursing care including weekend shifts
• Accompanying and supporting apprentices and interns

What you bring with you

• Training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or FH
• Leadership experience, ideally with corresponding further training
• Joy in team leadership, motivation and cooperation
• Warm-heartedness, empathy and organizational talent
• Independent and structured way of working as well as networked and analytical thinking
• Quality awareness
