Your training position ##

You will complete the three-year or shortened two-year training mainly on inpatient wards of the surgical and medical clinic of Spital Lachen AG. While completing the theoretical part of the training in school blocks at the Bildungszentrum Careum, at Xund or BZGS, they will be competently supported by our vocational trainers during the practical training at Spital Lachen.

Requirements ##

• three-year basic training with a federal certificate of proficiency or a general education qualification (FMS, Matura)
• passed aptitude test of the Bildungszentrum (can also be completed during the application process)
• good German language skills
• reliability
• sense of responsibility
• communication and teamwork skills
• quick comprehension and observation skills as well as organizational skills
• ability to reflect
• motivation, willingness to perform and initiative

Vacation

• up to 49th year of age: 25 working days
• 50. - 59. year of age: 30 working days
• from 60th year of age: 35 working days
