Your tasks

• Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and care process
• Taking on the daily responsibility of the day team
• Implementation of therapeutic care activities
• Observation and evaluation of care and support situations
• Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)

Your profile

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF or
• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Experience in long-term care desired
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (covered)
• Warm and humorous attitude
• Taste for varied challenges
• Good command of German, spoken and written
