Healthcare Specialist EFZ

Our client operates several modern health centers in the city of Zürich, which specialize in the professional care and nursing of elderly people. With a wide range of services and a dedicated team, the institution is among the significant providers in the geriatric field of the region. To reinforce the nursing team at one of the locations, we are looking for a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (40-100 %) immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Delegation of tasks to team members with different qualifications
• Care of residents and relatives in difficult phases of life
• Assumption of medical-nursing activities in complex care situations
• Co-design of objectives to promote cross-professional group cooperation
• Ensuring professional care according to current treatment standards

Your profile

• Completed training FaGe with EFZ
• Empathic and strongly people-oriented personality
• High resilience and a strong sense of responsibility required
• Ability for networked thinking and an independent way of working
• Good German language skills required, orally and in writing
• Team spirit and high commitment to common goals
• Excellent communication skills in dealing with all parties involved
• Knowledge of EasyDoc and RAI is desirable
