Job description ##

• Competent and individual care and support of the residents
• Ensuring quality and continuity in primary nursing
• Active participation in shaping everyday life and a homelike environment together with the residents
• Accompanying and guiding trainees in practice (according to the specifications of the vocational trainer)
• Day shifts, no night shifts

Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or FH.
• Experience and enjoyment in working with elderly people
• Respectful and appreciative interaction with residents, relatives, and employees
• Good IT user skills (MS Office products, Care Coach)
