Siloah Langzeit offers comprehensive care to elderly people in need of care, people with disabilities, and persons with special needs at the locations Gümligen, Kühlewil, and Köniz. The offering includes geriatric care in residential groups – including specialized offers for people with dementia, addiction diseases, or gerontopsychiatric needs – as well as care in neurological residential groups. ### Your area of responsibility

• In our specialized residential group, we accompany people with Huntington's disease individually and professionally. Self-determination, quality of life, and as normal a daily routine as possible are at the center. Flexible daily structures, joint activities, and excursions ensure variety, promote community, and create special moments.
• Co-responsibility for the leadership and promotion of a team of approx. 12 employees
• Co-responsibility for the further development of the residential area
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of fach-specific guidelines as well as compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements in the residential area
• Co-responsibility for ensuring individual and need-oriented care and support of the residents
• Taking over daily responsibility as well as active participation in care and accompanying physician visits
• Deputizing for the residential group leader in their absence

Your profile

• You possess training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson (HF, DN II, AKP, PsyKP or FA Langzeitpflege) or FaGe with willingness for further training FA Langzeitpflege
• Several years of professional experience in nursing
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• You are an open, structured, and resilient personality who approaches conflicts in a solution-oriented manner
• You have team spirit and enjoy working interdisciplinary
• Networked thinking and acting as well as initiative round off your profile
