Ward rounds, care planning, unexpected changes, and in between, the direct care of patients. This exact mixture characterizes the daily work routine in an acute hospital in the Luzerner Vorderland. For this, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH / a Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH (60-100 %). You will work close to the treatment processes and accompany patients from admission to discharge.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• From admission to discharge, you keep an eye on the care process and coordinate the next steps
• You recognize changes early, set priorities, and adapt nursing measures in a targeted manner

• With clear handovers and careful documentation, you ensure that important information is not lost
