Deputy Management Spitex Greifensee 60 % to 100 %

The Zentrum «Im Hof» in Greifensee is located near the lake and was built in 2008. The foundation fulfills the service mandate for the municipality of Greifensee with 28 beds for stationary long-term care, twelve age-appropriate apartments and the public Spitex. After many years of activity in our foundation, our Head of Spitex Greifensee Mitte will retire next year. In the interest of a succession arrangement, we are looking for a Deputy Management Spitex Greifensee 60 % to 100 % as of 1. January or by arrangement. Your tasks In this function, you are subordinate to the Spitex management. In consultation with the management, you assume personnel, professional and organizational responsibility for a team of around 12 employees. Together with the management and the team, you ensure professional, customer-oriented care. Regular practical assignments are part of your area of responsibility, you create needs assessments (RAI-HC) and thus keep a finger on the pulse at the base. You ensure process-oriented workflows, use your creative leeway and actively help shape the Spitex Greifensee. Special concerns of yours are ensuring a smooth daily routine, as well as a continuous further development of the care and support quality. Together with the new Spitex management, you create framework conditions for good interdisciplinary cooperation, as well as high customer and employee satisfaction. Your profile You are a skilled nursing professional HF/FH with leadership experience in a Spitex. As Deputy Management, you are a pronounced team player, communicate transparently and value shared responsibility as well as open feedback. Networked thinking, high social competence, a confident appearance as well as good IT skills (Perigon) round off your profile. It would be nice but not a must if you possessed the vocational trainer qualification.
