As a Clinical Support Specialist Sports Medicine, you are the clinical expert for our portfolio and work directly with leading orthopedists and sports medicine specialists in Switzerland. You are deployed where innovation and patient benefit meet – in the OR, in training, and during the introduction of new technologies.

Your Mission

You ensure that our customers can rely on the highest clinical expertise at all times. With your expertise, you support surgeons and OR teams during sports medicine procedures and actively contribute to the successful establishment of innovative treatment solutions.

✅ Support for surgeons and OR teams during arthroscopic and sports medicine procedures

✅ Clinical accompaniment of product launches and new technologies

✅ Conducting training, workshops, and application training

✅ Building long-term partnerships with customers and opinion leaders

✅ Close cooperation with Sales, Marketing, and Medical Education

✅ Support at congresses, wetlabs, and continuing education events

✅ Analysis of customer needs and identification of new development opportunities

✅ Representation of one of the world's leading MedTech brands

What you bring with you

Professional Qualifications

Education in healthcare, the OR field, medical technology, or a comparable environment

Experience in the operating room or in the support of surgical procedures is an advantage

Interest in orthopedics, arthroscopy, and sports medicine

High willingness to learn and enthusiasm for innovative technologies

Personally, you convince through

Confident appearance and strong communication skills

Independent and solution-oriented way of working

Team spirit and the desire to achieve successes together

Flexibility and willingness to travel within Switzerland

Language Skills

German business fluent

English good knowledge

French and/or Italian are a plus
