Care of patients in the zone model on the ward with 36 beds
Leading a zone with the assigned patient group
Adequate delegation of nursing actions in patient-centered care
Working according to the principles of Lean Hospital in a dynamic team of around 35 employees
Competencies and potential
Basis: Diploma as Pflegefachfrau/-mann (HF, FH or equivalent) & at least German level B2
Preferably: Experience in an acute care facility or geriatric medicine
Very preferably: high patient orientation and strong organizational skills
And also: great team player qualities
Essential: enjoyment of a varied and lively hospital everyday life
