Your tasks

• You care for infants, children, and adolescents with a surgical focus with a lot of heart.
• In close cooperation with the team, as well as interdisciplinarity and families, you shape the defined care and support according to the FaGe EFZ competence profile.
• The child and its family come first with us - high quality is important to you and you contribute to ensuring this.
• You accompany FaGe apprentices and convey valuable knowledge in pediatric nursing to them.
• You want to develop further, help shape things, and be part of an enthusiastic team.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe)
• Ideally, you have experience in pediatrics and acute care or want to build competencies here
• You are a team player, flexible, and responsible
• The willingness to support decisions within the treatment team is important to you
• You are an empathetic, cheerful, and willing-to-learn personality

Your salary ##

Your gross salary at a 100% workload is expected to be between 63'000 and 78'000
80'000 Franken per year.

The exact level of salary depends on your training and professional experience. In the course of the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range. In many cases, allowances are provided for irregular working hours. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
