Healthcare Specialist Night Shift 40 - 100 % Bern

The night shift is your territory: quiet, responsible and close to people. In the Koppigen and Kirchberg region, Canton Bern, we are looking for a Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ or a Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ for the night shift with a workload of 40 - 100 %, starting immediately or by arrangement. In a modern competence center for nursing and care, you will ensure safety, well-being and continuity in care during the night and accompany the residents with professional expertise, empathy and a sense of responsibility.

What awaits you in this responsible task:

• Holistic care and support of the residents during the night shift
• Taking responsibility for the nursing process within your area of competence
• Ensuring professional and individual quality of care
• Observation of the health status as well as early recognition of changes
• Professional documentation of nursing services
• Cooperation with internal and external specialists
• Implementation of the values of respectful and dignified care in the sense of palliative care

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ or Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ or equivalent training
• Experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Good IT user skills
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Willingness to work the night shift
