Health Assistant - EMS l'Orée

La Fondation La Rozavère brings together four medico-social establishments (EMS). Its structure also includes a Structure de Préparation et d’Attente à l’Hébergement en EMS (SPAH), a Logement Adapté avec Accompagnement (LADA), and a Centre d’Accueil Temporaire (CAT).

For our l'Orée site in Crissier, we are looking for a committed and benevolent health assistant.

YOUR MISSION

• Participate in the realization and development of the resident's support project and in individual and collective animation
• Assist with psychiatric liaison and report observations
• Provide hygiene care delegated by the nurse, taking into account the resources and limits of the residents
• Observe the resident's state of health and transmit the information collected
• Support residents in activities of daily living while promoting their autonomy, independence, and social ties
• Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with the relatives and families of the residents while respecting one's field of competence
• Maintain care equipment and the resident's environment
• Participate in an interdisciplinary care approach for the residents.

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a 120-hour Croix-Rouge certificate or an equivalent title
• You hold a certificate as an accompanier in geriatric psychiatry (FAP), an asset
• You master usual IT tools (Carefolio) and master the French language orally and in writing
• You embody trust, authenticity, and respect
• You have very good stress management and proven sensitivity to relational aspects
• You demonstrate dynamism, motivation, and a good capacity for adaptation.
