Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann Surgery 50–100% (m/w/d)

For our client in the Aarau region, we are looking for an engaged personality as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann for the surgery department, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Professional care and support of patients in the surgical department
• Independent implementation of the medically prescribed nursing and therapeutic measures
• Recognition and professional action in emergency situations
• Ensuring high quality of care
• Electronic patient documentation as well as ensuring a smooth flow of information
• Close cooperation with doctors, nursing specialists, and other specialist departments
• Support and guidance of new employees, students, and trainees
• Participation in shift operations as well as taking on weekend shifts

Your profile:

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or an equivalent recognized training
• Professional experience in the field of surgery is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Career starters are also welcome
• Enjoyment in dealing with patients
• Responsible, reliable, and independent way of working

• Readiness for shift and weekend services
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
