Your essential tasks
Support the residential area management in leadership and organizational matters
Active participation in the nursing team
Organization and participation in physician rounds, conducting conversations with relatives
Responsible for the care and support of 20 residents incl. advising relatives
Assessment of residents' care needs according to RAI-LTCF
If interested, also working as a vocational trainer for FaGe learners or HF students
Your profile
Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF with several years of nursing experience
Communicative, committed and reliable with high social competence
flexible and empathetic
good German skills in speaking and writing
Good IT skills (MS Office, electronic nursing documentation and care needs system)
