For our client, a modern and appreciative institution in the Bern area, we are looking for a committed Healthcare Specialist EFZ as soon as possible or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Holistic care and support of the residents in everyday life
• Implementation of nursing measures with a focus on safety and well-being
• Careful nursing documentation as well as performance of technical nursing activities
• Contact person for relatives, doctors, and external agencies
• Co-responsibility for the compliance and assurance of nursing quality

Profile

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Empathic, respectful and communicative personality
• Joy in working with elderly people
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as understanding of Swiss German
