Le centre de santé de Dielsdorf is a modern geriatric competence center with approximately 500 employees from 35 nations. Our offer ranges from advice for the elderly and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care, including home care and support. As the largest public Spitex in the district of Dielsdorf, we provide outpatient services for our nine contracting municipalities. Thanks to our comprehensive care offer, we enable people to stay in their usual home as long as possible despite health limitations. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.

Your tasks

• Care and support of our clients at home
• Ensuring the care process
• Conducting advisory interviews
• Responsibility for the professional and organizational coordination of the Spitex operation during evening, weekend, and public holiday services

Your profile

• Completed training as a registered nurse DN I/DN II/HF/FH
• High social, methodological, and professional skills
• Very good knowledge of German, oral and written
• Current IT knowledge (MS Office, Perigon)
• Category B driver's license
• Autonomous and responsible way of working
