*Performance management is responsible for an efficient and effective performance recording process.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Performance Manager.*

What awaits you ##

• You help to ensure high performance recording quality and act as the direct contact person for the clinics regarding tariff and performance recording questions
• You organize training sessions for performance recording, maintain performance packages in the recording system, answer clinic inquiries, process invoice rejections and create performance statistics
• You participate in projects to optimize performance recording as well as the introduction of the new outpatient tariff system

What you bring with you ##

• You know the administrative processes of a hospital, preferably processes related to revenue, tariff or performance management
• You are a communicative personality who understands how to network and communicate at different levels
• You have a basic medical or commercial education with professional or function-specific further training
• Professional experience in the healthcare or insurance sector is an advantage
• You are characterized by a process-oriented way of thinking, a good understanding of cross-departmental connections and a flair for (performance) statistics
• Ideally, you bring experience in tariff and performance management and are particularly familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP IS-H
