For a long-term care institution in the Luzern region, we are looking for a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH with a workload of 60 to 100 % for a temporary assignment, starting immediately or by arrangement.

As a qualified nursing specialist, you will take on a responsible role in daily care and support. You will accompany the residents over a longer period, recognize changes in their state of health, and ensure that nursing measures are tailored to their personal needs. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You take on professional responsibility for the individual care and support of the residents and ensure professional, needs-oriented care
• The planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing process is among your central tasks, whereby you continuously adapt nursing measures to the health status of the residents
• You carry out medical-technical and therapeutic measures professionally, recognize health changes early, and ensure careful nursing documentation
• In close exchange with healthcare professionals, doctors, and other stakeholders, you coordinate care and support appreciative cooperation within the team

You offer your new employer:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or, in the case of a foreign degree, the corresponding SRK recognition
