An interprofessional team ensures comprehensive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic and milieu-therapeutic treatment and care. This includes an individual therapy offer, close contact with the origin system, and an assessment of the social situation. The goal of the treatment is psychological stabilization and the development of possible coping strategies. The therapy ward offers 10 patient places. We are pleased if you also want to participate actively in the further development of our therapy ward.

Your tasks

• active and present accompaniment of children and adolescents; for us, this is exactly what work in child and adolescent psychiatry entails
• individual and resource-oriented accompaniment of our patients within a milieu-therapeutic treatment setting
• key worker work and collaborative interprofessional cooperation
• need- and resource-oriented stay and care planning
• conducting individual and family discussions and leading therapeutic group offerings
• designing, actively leading, and accompanying daily structure and leisure activities
• active contact with the origin system
• participation in the further development of the direct and surrounding factors of daily ward life and treatment processes

Your profile

• a completed training as a certified Social Worker
