For an institution in long-term care in the Bern region, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH as a Team Leader (80-100 %). An important focus of your function lies in the cooperation with and supervision of trainees. The start of employment is by arrangement.

Your tasks with the new employer

• Take over the professional and organizational leadership of your team and ensure a structured nursing daily routine
• Accompany trainees in everyday work and support them in developing their nursing competencies
• Ensure, together with your team, professional and needs-oriented care for the residents
• Promote cooperation within the team and stand by employees and trainees with professional questions

You offer your new employer

• Degree as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or a corresponding SRK recognition
• Interest in a leadership function and enjoyment in working with trainees
• Sound nursing expertise and a responsible way of working
• Organizational skills as well as enjoyment in accompanying employees and newcomers in everyday life
