Do you want to professionally accompany people in complex life situations and take on responsibility? In the Intensivwohngruppe Münsingen of the Universitären Psychiatrischen Zentrum (UPZ), a versatile field of work awaits you in which you will contribute your expertise, actively shape care processes, and develop individual solutions together with a dedicated team. In doing so, you will work closely with various professional groups and simultaneously accompany aspiring professionals on their way into practice. A supportive team, a large area of responsibility, and a versatile range of services that offers you space for professional development and participation await you.

The Intensivwohngruppe is part of WITA - Wohnen, Arbeiten & Tagesstruktur. The UPZ offering combines various outpatient and inpatient residential and employment services and is aimed at people who require support in different areas of life when dealing with their mental impairment. In doing so, the various services work closely together and enable continuous accompaniment across different stages of life and development.

Your tasks

• You actively shape the care processes of your assigned residents - from setting goals to implementation and the review of measures
• You also accompany demanding and complex situations professionally, develop suitable solutions together with those affected, and promote their independence and personal responsibility
• You work systemically and ensure professional pre- and post-care - involving the social environment, relatives, and other important reference persons
• You take responsibility in everyday life, coordinate upcoming tasks, and ensure a reliable and well-structured daily routine together with the team
• You work closely with specialists from various disciplines and actively contribute your perspective to case discussions, specialist reports, and other exchange formats
• As daily responsibility, you take on a central role in the organization and professional leadership of everyday life
• You accompany apprentices and students during their practical training, pass on your expertise, and support them in developing their professional competencies
• You document the care processes carefully, implement agreed measures, and thereby contribute to a high quality of care
• You contribute to projects and further developments and actively help shape the offers of the residential group

Your profile

• You have a degree as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF with experience in psychiatry or as Dipl. Sozialpädagogin / Sozialpädagoge HF/FH
• You enjoy taking on responsibility, making decisions, and maintaining an overview even in demanding situations
• You work cooperatively, solution-oriented, and value cooperation in an interprofessional team
• You encounter people appreciatively, reflect on your own actions, and bring a professional attitude to complex care situations
• You enjoy accompanying apprentices and students and want to pass on your expertise
• You are open to new ideas, contribute actively, and are interested in continuous professional and personal development
