Your tasks

In this versatile role, you will take on medical-administrative, organizational and guest-oriented tasks. These include:

• You receive, accompany and look after our international guests in the medical area personally, warmly and discretely
• You coordinate appointments, treatments and processes between guests, doctors, therapists, nursing, Clinic, Front Office, Spa, Housekeeping and other hotel departments
• You reliably take over administrative work such as correspondence, reports, letters, documentation and the careful maintenance of the respective systems
• You settle medical services correctly and carefully
• You perform HBOT treatments, InBody measurements as well as minor medical activities such as occasional dressing changes and EKGs carefully
• You actively ensure clear, appreciative and solution-oriented communication across departmental boundaries in everyday life

Your profile

A completed basic medical training, ideally as Medizinische Praxisassistentin / Medizinischer Praxisassistent EFZ, is a prerequisite for this function. Experience in a high-end service environment additionally forms the basis of your profile. In addition, you bring:

• Strong service understanding and enjoyment of personal care for international guests
• Good PC user skills, confident handling of Microsoft Office and ideally knowledge of medical billing with TARDOC
• An independent, structured and careful way of working as well as enjoyment of coordinative tasks and interdisciplinary cooperation
• A professional, well-groomed and reliable appearance as well as discretion, empathy, resilience and commitment
• Stylish German and good English skills
• Willingness to work 4 to 5 days per week as well as weekends and public holidays
