Our client is a modernly designed and recently renovated elderly and nursing care center in Central Switzerland, which offers residents and tenants of the attached assisted living apartments a real home. Characterized by a person-centered and mindful care culture, the institution places great importance on appreciation, open communication, and respectful interaction within the team. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a reliable and competent personality as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or Nurse HF for the night shift, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Assumption of situational leadership tasks as the night supervisor
• Implementation of need- and requirement-based care for the residents
• Professional and appreciative interdisciplinary cooperation
• Implementation of medically prescribed measures
• Digital documentation of the nursing process
• Ensuring individual care even in demanding situations
• Passing on knowledge and experience to trainees

Your profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or Nurse HF
• Good written and spoken German skills are an advantage
• Appreciative and empathetic personality with communicative skills
• Sound professional knowledge in nursing and care
• Joy in interacting with elderly people
• Willingness for further and continuing education
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit, and initiative
