Our client is one of the larger Spitex organisations in the Canton of Aargau and, with around 125 employees, serves a catchment area of approx. 38,500 residents in the Heitersberg West and lower Reusstal region. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed personality as Team Leader Nursing 80-100%.
Your tasks

• Organisational and personnel leadership of around 20 employees
• Overview of professionally complex situations in the catchment area
• Coordination of cooperation with the Professional Development team
• Ensuring needs-based and professional care
• Cooperation with other team leaders for team development
• Shaping a constructive error and feedback culture
• Maintaining a benevolent and appreciative interaction with employees

Your profile

• Training as a dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or FH
• Proven leadership experience in the nursing sector
• Leadership training or willingness to complete it
• High self-competence and social competence as a personality
• Very good IT skills required
• Ideally experience in Spitex operations
• In-depth knowledge in the application of Perigon is an advantage
