Do you want to combine Spitex care with a varied activity in the office? For our client, a modern Spitex organization in the Frauenfeld region, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH 70-100 % who enjoys working independently, is organized, and takes on professional responsibility.

Requirement Profile ##

• Diploma as Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH
• Experience in Spitex and knowledge in Perigon
• Good IT user skills and enjoyment of digital work tools
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoyment of responsibility, organization and professional coordination
• Driving license category B

Tasks ##

• Daily responsibility in close cooperation with the deployment management
• Triage of new registrations and organization of initial assessments
• Contact person for employees on tour, hospitals, referrers and doctors
• Medical contacts, medication management as well as professional guidance of apprentices including reports and BKS
