YOUR TASKS ##

• Preparation of dietary meals according to prescriptions
• Food preparation for patients, employees, and guests including providing the mise-en-place for the entire kitchen
• Advising our patients and kitchen staff on dietary questions
• Assistance in managing the menu selection system as well as food orders
• Support in carrying out special events as well as working as part of the team during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Completed training as a dietary cook EFZ
• Interest in nutritional issues as well as willingness to pass on knowledge and make an important contribution to the success of our clinic
• Reliable and cheerful personality with very good communication skills
• High customer orientation and organizational skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekend shifts
