Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient care according to a specific treatment plan in order to achieve objectives determined by the medical prescription, the assessment and diagnosis issued, including patient expectations.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of care protocols for adapted and effective care.
• Actively collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and orientation.
• Participate in prevention and patient education to improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in physiotherapy / physiotherapist diploma or a title deemed equivalent.
• Recognition by the Croix-Rouge for foreign diplomas (or to be requested).
• Experience in physiotherapy, ideally in a hospital setting, would be an asset.
• Good command of the French language.
• Excellent organizational skills, sense of priorities and initiative.
• Ability to react effectively in complex situations.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy.
