Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or a Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH for geriatric psychiatric care with a workload of 40 - 100 %. You will take on a responsible role in the stabilization and care of your patients, combining professional precision with true humanity.

What to expect in this challenging task

• Care and support of patients with dementia in acute crisis situations
• Active involvement of relatives as well as consideration of the individual life situation
• Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team within geriatric psychiatry
• Implementation of nursing concepts as well as internal processes and guidelines
• Work in a three-shift operation in a specialized setting
• Co-responsibility for professional and high-quality care

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalent training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examinierte Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Professional experience in geriatric psychiatry, acute geriatrics, or acute somatics
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Interest in working with people with cognitive impairments
