The Pool team of CMS Les Peupliers ensures 7j/7j replacements during the day, evening and night for the 7 CMS of the Fondation soins Lausanne in order to guarantee the continuity of care for our clients.

Being part of CMS Les Peupliers means having the freedom to work according to your availability, without a minimum activity rate or as a side activity.

In order to complete the Pool team of CMS Les Peupliers, La Fondation Soins Lausanne is looking for immediately or as to be agreed several:

Health Care Assistants (M/F)

Activity rate variable between 20% and 100%

Fixed-term indefinite contract - hourly wage

Your mission

• Provide medico-technical, medico-delegated care according to your field of competence
• Responsibly accompany dependent clients and supplement the incapacities of dependent persons
• Contribute to the maintenance of health and the prevention of disease through an interdisciplinary approach
• Stimulate and support clients and their relatives towards maximum autonomy according to their capacities
• Contribute to the proper functioning of the team and ensure the administrative tasks inherent to the position
• Intervene in unforeseen situations upon request of the CTMG (on-call doctors' telephone center)
• Ensure the proper transmission of information between all intervenors through the client file

Your profile and your skills

• As a Health Care Assistant: CRS 120 hour health care assistant certificate or certification deemed equivalent (foreign diploma recognized by the CRS) - mandatory
• Experience in the medico-social field and a marked interest in community health
• Ability to organize oneself autonomously while knowing how to collaborate in networks and multidisciplinarity
• Sense of responsibility and professional ethics
• Mastery of French orally and in writing
• Good ease with IT tools and mobile telephony
• Driving license and vehicle indispensable
