Alterszentrum Baumgarten AG is located in the heart of Bettlach and provides a home to 67 people in need of care and support from Bettlach, Selzach and the surrounding area. Spitex services in Bettlach complete our offering. Around 120 committed employees ensure professional care as well as respectful and individual treatment with professional competence and personal commitment - for a high quality of life in old age.

We are looking for immediate start or by arrangement:

Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF (50 - 100 %)

Your tasks

• Professional, holistic basic and treatment care adapted to the residents
• Management of the nursing process and RAI assessment
• Care and support of the residents in complex situations
• Contact with relatives and reference persons
• Assumption of daily responsibility
• Constructive and interdisciplinary cooperation
• Support of our apprentices, ideally as a vocational trainer

Your profile

• Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF or equivalent
• Experience in long-term care
• Quality-conscious, independent thinking and acting
• Flexibility and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude towards new things
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend a course
• Good communication skills and high social competence
