Nursing Specialist as Group Leader 80-90%

YOUR TASKS

• Professional nursing and care in all situations
• Technical, administrative, and personnel leadership and responsibility for the residential group
• Personnel deployment planning taking into account economic efficiency and effectiveness
• Leadership, promotion, and development of the nursing team
• Participation in the development of the residential group
• Contact person for employees, residents, and relatives
• Participation in projects, working groups, and concept work

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed tertiary-level education (HF, FH, AKP, DNI/II) or FAGE with leadership experience
• Completed leadership training course or the willingness to complete one
• Commitment and joy in dealing with elderly people and long-term care
• Appreciative attitude, ability to work in a team, and humor
