• Responsible for the coordination of the antibiotic resistance strategy in cooperation with the involved federal offices
• Responsible for the development and implementation of measures of the StAR action plan
• Independent development and implementation of concepts for optimizing antibiotic use, establishment of stewardship programs, and promotion of infection and prevention concepts for veterinary practices and clinics
• Independent support of enforcement authorities at federal and cantonal levels, through specialist advice and enforcement aids in the area of StAR and participation in the information and continuing education activities of the office
• Participation in national and international specialist committees

What makes you unique

• Completed studies in veterinary medicine or natural sciences with experience in the subject
• Several years of professional experience - ideally in the field of veterinary medicinal products
• Experience in leading projects and working groups as well as in successful implementation
• Conceptual thinking, goal-oriented and independent way of working and enjoyment of collaborating with a variety of actors
• Communication in two official languages and in English
