Its mission is to promote staying at home, autonomy, and social integration by proposing individualized support in each situation and by offering a complete range of services.

With its 5 sites and its nearly 550 collaborators, CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey accompanies more than 5'700 beneficiaries across all 16 communes of the region.

We are looking for our Sion site, a: Nurse (60-100%)

Your mission

• You evaluate home care situations and act as a reference person by showing leadership skills in care situations.
• You provide nursing care and actively participate in the dynamics of your team.

Your profile

• Training in the field of care (Bachelor level or equivalent)
• Experience of at least 2 years
• Adaptability, listening skills, and autonomy
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to use standard IT tools
• Driver's license and vehicle indispensable
• Knowledge of the home care field, an asset
