The third largest psychiatric clinic in the Canton of Bern is open to patients from all over Switzerland and abroad and is responsible for the inpatient basic psychiatric care of the eastern Berner Oberland. The team from the Zentrum Des Alpes Privée cares for people with illnesses from the entire spectrum of psychiatry who require extensive psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment. This service mandate is oriented towards the latest scientific findings within an individually defined treatment and care process. In doing so, psychosocial reintegration is regarded as the primary treatment goal.

Your tasks

• You are primarily responsible for the implementation of patient-oriented professional nursing within the framework of the nursing process and primary nursing (Bezugspersonenarbeit)
• You actively participate in shaping the treatment process in interprofessional cooperation
• Patient-oriented and professional nursing is very close to your heart
• You are committed to high-quality nursing in the sense of best practice
• You participate in interdisciplinary treatment discussions
• You participate in improving quality and process workflows
• You accompany and guide students/learners in everyday nursing practice
