Your mission

As part of the development of several modern and well-established dental practices in Suisse romande, we are looking for motivated Dentists who are passionate about quality of care and patient management.

You will join a dynamic team and benefit from a high-performance working environment, promoting clinical excellence and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete dental consultations and examinations.
• Perform diagnostics and develop adapted treatment plans.
• Perform general dental care:
• Conservative care
• Endodontics
• Fixed and removable prosthetics
• Simple dental surgery
• Prevention and oral hygiene
• Ensure follow-up of treatments and monitoring of their progress.
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary.

Quality and safety of care

• Respect medical protocols and hygiene standards.
• Guarantee patient safety and the quality of services provided.
• Keep medical records and clinical documentation up to date.

Patient relationship

• Welcome and accompany patients with professionalism and kindness.
• Inform patients clearly about their oral health status and therapeutic options.
• Develop a lasting relationship of trust with the patient base.

Teamwork

• Collaborate closely with dental assistants, dental hygienists, and other health professionals.
• Participate in the proper organization of the practice's activity.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work dynamic.

Profile

Your profile

• Recognized dental degree.
• For degrees obtained abroad: MEBEKO recognition mandatory or in the process of being obtained.
• Authorization to practice in Switzerland or conditions allowing its obtaining.
• Sense of responsibility and excellent patient orientation.
• Team spirit, professionalism, and autonomy.
• Mastery of French (professional level), other languages welcome
