Your tasks

• Co-responsibility for the professional leadership of the department.
• Working in direct clinical care and managing the nursing diagnostic process.
• Continuous empowerment of employees through personal coaching, training, and case discussions.
• Ensuring and further developing the quality of care and patient safety in the department.
• Development, adaptation, and evaluation of specialist guidelines and instructions in cooperation with other specialists, nursing experts, and other professional groups.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a nursing professional FH or completed vocational training as a nursing professional HF with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or willingness to complete this.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the acute care sector, medicine is an advantage.
• Professional appearance and enjoyment of the further development of specialist fields in an interprofessional team.
