Senior Physician Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Graubünden

Rehabilitation medicine at 1560 meters, with a department that is unique in this form in Switzerland. In the Canton of Graubünden, we are looking for a Senior Physician Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at a workload of 50 - 100 % to start immediately or by arrangement. An interdisciplinary rehabilitation center with university connections awaits you, which supports children, adolescents, and their families holistically - medically, psychologically, pedagogically, and humanly.

What awaits you in this responsible task

• You will take on responsibility in the multiprofessional team and actively shape the professional and organizational further development of the department
• You will care for children and adolescents with psychosomatic complaints and create individual treatment plans
• You will conduct empathetic individual and family Gespräche (conversations/sessions)
• You will work closely networked with specialists from psychology, pediatrics, nursing, and pedagogy
• You will accompany younger colleagues, help shape case discussions, and contribute to quality assurance
• You will contribute to conceptual questions, with a view to a mid-term leadership function

What you bring with you

• Recognized specialist title in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy (FMH or equivalent), also welcome shortly before completion
• Several years of clinical experience in working with children, adolescents, and their families, ideally in a psychosomatic or rehabilitative setting
• Willingness to take on responsibility and help shape case discussions
