Residential Area Manager Nursing HF/FH 80–100 % per sofort or by arrangement

For a small residential group, we are looking for an experienced residential area manager with leadership competence, expertise, and enjoyment in taking on responsibility.

The organization offers elderly people an appreciative living space and combines professional nursing with anthroposophical approaches.

Tasks

• Leadership, promotion, and support of employees
• Participation in the qualitative and conceptual further development of the nursing service
• Participation in direct nursing care
• Assumption of daily responsibility

Requirements

• Completed training as dipl. Pflegefachfrau / dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH
• Experience in somatic nursing
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Very good knowledge of nursing planning and nursing processes
• Good IT user skills in the nursing area
