On behalf of one of our clients located in Etoy, we are looking for an ASSC for a 50% position in the morning only for a duration of 1 to 3 months.

ASSC (M/F)

• CFC as ASSC (or a title deemed equivalent)
• Of a dynamic, willing, and empathetic nature, you demonstrate maturity and ease in teamwork.
• Proven experience in the field
• Ability to organize autonomously and ease of adaptation

Within a multidisciplinary team, you accompany adults with disabilities.

• Welcome, assess, and accompany beneficiaries in their life project
• Carry out individual social follow-ups.
• Inform and support people in their procedures with social insurance (AI, PC, AVS, cantonal benefits).
• Coordinate interventions with the medico-social, institutional, and family network.
• Participate in the development and monitoring of social and professional integration projects.
• Ensure the defense of the interests and rights of the beneficiaries.
• Write social reports and ensure the administrative follow-up of files.
