Clinical Specialist/ Advanced Practice Nurse Long Covid Consultation Pre-stage Role, 40 %

For the Clinic for Internal Medicine at the Waid location, we are looking for a committed personality as of 1.10.2026 or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• You care for patients with Long Covid and perform follow-up controls within the scope of your competencies.
• You support initial consultations, collect medical history and clinical status, and work closely with our doctors.
• You coordinate diagnostic and therapeutic measures, organize prescriptions as well as further investigations, and prepare cost approvals.
• You document in the clinical information system.
• You are the contact person for patients, family doctors, as well as other internal and external specialists.
• You work actively in an interprofessional and interdisciplinary treatment team and contribute to the further development of our Long Covid consultation.

Profile ##

• You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH; further training as a Clinical Specialist or a Master's as an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) is an advantage
• You bring professional experience in an acute hospital or outpatient clinic and are interested in caring for people with complex, chronic clinical pictures in an outpatient setting
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and take responsibility for your area of tasks
• You are characterized by strong communication and social competence as well as a high degree of empathy
• You value interprofessional cooperation and coordinate patient processes with foresight and organizational skill
• You want to contribute your expertise and actively help shape the further development of an innovative Long Covid consultation
