In a retirement and nursing home, nursing expertise, everyday life, and very different life stories meet. We are looking for a Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ (60-100 %) who likes to take responsibility within their own area of competence and actively helps shape daily nursing care. You are a trusted contact person for the residents, work closely with your team, and can contribute with your strengths where they are truly needed.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• Individually care for and accompany residents and support them in maintaining their independence and quality of life in the best possible way
• Perform nursing and medical-technical activities professionally within your competencies
• Observe health changes attentively and actively contribute your findings to the nursing process
• Help shape the residents' everyday life and carefully document your nursing services

You offer your new employer:

• You have successfully completed your training as Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Experience in long-term care is welcome, but you are also open to new things when changing from another nursing area
• You work independently and responsibly and want to continuously develop your professional skills
• With your open and humorous manner, you enjoy contributing to the team and approach residents with appreciation
