Our rehabilitation units are located at the sites of Le Locle and Val-de-Ruz, and offer different types of rehabilitation. Our patients benefit from multidisciplinary and personalized care thanks to a dynamic and specialized team.

Assistant in Community Nursing and Health (ASSC) at 80 %

Your missions

• Accompany and supplement, autonomously, patients in activities of daily living according to their needs, their habits and their values
• Collaborate in data collection, perceive the health potential and the resources of patients and relatives, promote their maintenance
• Respect the care plan and the established objectives, as well as the criteria of safety, efficiency, economy and comfort of persons
• In collaboration with the nurse, initiate, follow and close patient data in computerized care files
• Contribute to the improvement of the quality of care
• Maintain order and hygiene in the patients' environment and the management of material
• In collaboration with the nurse, and in interdisciplinarity, take charge of stable patients

Your profile

• Holder of a federal certificate of Assistant in Community Nursing and Health or an AFP in Care and Support (ASA) or title judged equivalent
• Knowledge of hospital hygiene rules
• Good knowledge of usual office tools
• Experience in rehabilitation an asset
