Healthcare Specialist EFZ with primary responsibility for vocational training 60-100%

Tasks:

• You take on the primary responsibility for the supervision and support of our FaGe apprentices in the residential area.
• You ensure professional nursing and care for our residents.
• You implement the nursing process competently and according to needs.
• After the induction period, you take on the daily responsibility in your residential area.

Profile:

• You have a degree as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ or an equivalently recognized qualification.
• You bring passion for long-term care and enjoyment in helping to shape development processes.
• You have a certificate as a vocational trainer (40 hours).
• You have very good oral and written German skills.
• You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, team orientation, initiative, and a high awareness of quality.
