Your qualifications

• Degree as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH with a focus on psychiatry and at least two years of professional experience in inpatient psychiatry
• Experience in outpatient care is an advantage
• Responsible personality with high self- and social competence and an independent way of working
• Proficient in handling IT
• Driver's license category B (ideally own car available)
• A companion dog is very welcome

Your field of expertise

• You ensure professional psychiatric and psychosocial care and support for our clients.
• You take over the case management of the clients assigned to you.
• You shape case management intra- and interdisciplinary and promote the networking of all those involved.
• You create situation analyses or nursing diagnoses for the planning of necessary measures.
• You maintain a recovery-oriented view of people and have a genuine interest in people and their life situation.
• You actively help shape the psychiatry area and contribute with innovative solutions.
