Healthcare Specialist

Your tasks ##

• Personally, professionally, and discretely receive, accompany, and care for our international guests during their medical stay.
• Independently perform basic diagnostic services as well as EKGs, vital sign checks, HBOT treatments, InBody measurements, and dressing changes, and support doctors in medical care.
• Recognize medical abnormalities and ensure timely medical assessment if necessary.
• Coordination of appointments and treatments between guests, doctors, therapists, Clinic, and resort areas.
• Carefully process medical documentation, reports, and the billing of medical services.
• Independent organization of efficient processes as well as promotion of solution-oriented cooperation with various specialist and hotel departments.

Your profile ##

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH (or comparable medical training) with solid clinical experience.
• Enthusiasm for prevention, longevity, diagnostics, and interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Strong service orientation, polished appearance, high degree of empathy, discretion, and pleasure in contact with international guests.
• Independent, structured way of working and confident handling of digital systems (MS Office).
• Stylish German and good English skills (additional foreign languages an advantage).
• Flexibility and willingness for occasional shifts on weekends/holidays.
