To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Advisor 100% for our location in Horgen, immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• You represent the company as the first contact person for our customers
• Sale and advice regarding our services and accessories
• Support for the hearing aid acoustician
• All administrative work in the specialized store
• Implementation of sales-promoting measures in the specialized store
• Carrying out service work on hearing aids
• Managing the specialized store agenda

Your profile

• You are customer-oriented and actively approach people
• You are flexible and enjoy working in a team
• You are confident in handling MS products
• Experience in sales
• Preferably retail specialist or MPA
