YOUR TASKS ##

• You are responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly quality controls of the POCT analysis devices in the emergency station. This includes maintenance, service, calibration, and solving IT problems
• Reading in and careful verification of laboratory values in the M-KIS system to ensure correct data recording
• You are the contact person for cooperation with Bioanalytica, organize the courier service for sample logistics, and ensure a smooth process
• Administration and ordering of laboratory materials
• Writing medical reports as well as taking over administrative tasks such as scanning documents, orders, and telephone coordination
• Independent performance of laboratory analyses in various specialist areas according to working regulations, including timely validation of laboratory results as well as independent quality controls
• Flexible working hours: possibility for part-time work (half-time)

YOUR PROFILE ##

• Completed training as a biomedical analyst HF or training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• Emergency and hospital experience is an advantage
• You are flexible, a team player, and keep a cool head in stressful situations
• Reliable and exact working style
• High commitment and initiative
