Tasks

In this versatile role, you will accompany and support people with mental impairments within the framework of assisted and supervised living. In doing so, you will specifically promote the individual resources and independence of the clients. You will take over the planning, implementation, and reflection of care processes and work closely with internal and external specialist agencies as well as relatives. In addition to direct care work, key person care and reporting are also part of your area of responsibility. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the further development of the offering and the quality of care. Participation in team meetings, supervisions, and continuing education, as well as cooperation with authorities, therapists, and legal guardians, completes your diverse field of activity.

Qualification

• Completed training as Dipl. Sozialpädagoge / Sozialpädagogin HF
• Experience in working with people with mental impairments
• Empathic, resource-oriented action
• Understanding and patience
• Independent and structured way of working
• Willingness to take over basic nursing activities
• Driver's license required
