Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann Long-term care 60 - 100% Bern

In this role, you will care for residents in the long-term care sector and simultaneously accompany apprentices and students through their practical training as a practical instructor. In a competence center for nursing, care, and age-related issues in the Laupen area, Canton Bern, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF/FH or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH with a workload of 60 - 100 %. You will take over primary nursing, conduct training discussions and competency assessments, and work in an interprofessional team with nursing, care, and activation.

• Holistic and process-oriented nursing as well as care of the residents
• Responsibility for the training and accompaniment of HF students as well as FaGe apprentices
• Planning, design, and implementation of learning support in everyday professional life
• Promotion and support of trainees in their professional and personal development
• Coordination of daily tasks within the nursing team
• Collaboration in an interprofessional environment with inpatient and outpatient care services
• Active co-design of an appreciative and learning-promoting work environment

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or equivalently recognized training such as Bachelor of Science in Nursing, examined nursing professional, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin or Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger, DGKP
• Joy in the training and accompaniment of young people
• Willingness to take on responsibility and actively pass on knowledge
• Vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it
• High resilience as well as a structured and responsible way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
